Yakin - Terms & Conditions & Dispute Policy

  • Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the stated laws of Pakistan.

  • In case of any dispute, all products purchased from our website can be exchanged within 7 days only if:

    1. Exchange request is made within the stated time frame/limit.

    2. The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.

    3. The received product(s) differed from the original order.

    4. Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, etc.

  • In case the products are found damaged or items are missing, outer packaging images are required to be shared via email at info@yakin.pk as evidence before discarding the packaging.

  • Please email pictures of the defective item to info@yakin.pk or call at 0323-8888174 within 7 days after order delivery to raise a dispute. Yakin will review each dispute on a case-by-case basis and will make every effort to be fair to both parties.

  • Once the dispute is fairly settled, we will issue a replacement product as per the invoice or provide a coupon of the same value, valid for 60 days, which can be used to purchase from Yakin.

  • Please note that no disputes will be accepted after the given time period i.e., 7 days after order delivery.

  • The buyer/customer is fully responsible for all purchases made in good faith and must ensure that all product selections (articles/dresses/products) are made carefully.

Data Usage & Privacy Policy

  • Yakin may share marketing offers such as newsletters, catalogs, and promotional emails. This includes using your email address, wish lists, name, and postal address.

  • We may also create your personal account at yakin.pk using details like your name, phone number, and email address.

  • Our team can contact you if there is any problem with the delivery of your items (e.g., via telephone number or address).

  • Yakin may disclose your data to fraud prevention agencies as required.

  • We may verify that you are of legal age for online shopping.

Payment & Security

  • We accept online payments through Bank Transfer, Visa, MasterCard, and Debit/Credit Cards in PKR (or any other agreed currencies).

  • All payment details you submit for purchasing products on our website are provided directly to our payment provider via a secure connection.
