  1. What is the delivery time?
    We provide shipping across Pakistan through Call Courier. Deliveries typically take 5-7 business days. Bridal wear delivery times are determined based on your requirements and the season.

  2. What if the product color varies?
    While we strive for accurate color representation, slight variances may occur due to photographic processing. Yakin does not accept responsibility for these minor differences.

  3. Can I cancel my order?
    You can cancel your order before it has been shipped.

  4. Can I amend my order?
    Amendments can be suggested within 24 hours of order receipt. Changes after 24 hours may incur additional charges.

  5. Can I return the product?
    We do not accept returns for online orders.

  6. What is the exchange policy?
    Exchanges can be made within 7 days of purchase at the nearest Yakin store, along with the original receipt and after obtaining approval via info@yakin.pk.

  7. How can I track my order?
    Upon dispatch, a Tracking ID will be sent via email and SMS. You can track your order on the Call Courier's website using this ID.

  8. What if my merchandise does not fit?
    You can exchange your purchase at the nearest store within 7 days of delivery, with the invoice.

  9. What if my merchandise is damaged?
    If your item is damaged, we will arrange an exchange within 7 days of purchase after verification.

  10. Why do I need a verification code sent to my mobile?
    The verification code helps improve our delivery system. After placing an order, a code will be sent to your mobile number. Submit this code to confirm your order.

  11. What if I don’t receive the code?
    If you don't receive the code, you can request it to be resent. Ensure your mobile number is correct. If the issue persists, you will receive a call from us.

  12. Will my order be placed if I don’t send the code?
    Yes, your order will still be placed, but submitting the code ensures faster delivery.

  13. How can I make a payment?
    Payment options include Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, and Debit/Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay, American Express, etc).


Exchange & Return Policy:

  1. Yakin does not offer any ‘Exchange’ or ‘Return’ on sale items.

  2. All products purchased from our Site can be exchanged within 07 days only if:

    • Exchange request is made within the stated time frame.

    • The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.

    • The received product(s) differed from the original order.

    • Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, etc.

  3. Please email pictures of the defective item to info@yakin.pk or call at 0323-8888174 within 7 days after order delivery to raise a dispute. Yakin will assess each dispute on a case-by-case basis.

  4. Once we receive the item, our team will review the damage. After a fair assessment, we will issue a replacement of the same value as per the invoice.

  5. In case of exchange, the customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs.

  6. Discounted Items cannot be Returned/Exchanged.

  7. Unstitched articles once stitched will not be entertained.

  8. Wedding Wear and Couture dresses cannot be exchanged or returned.

  9. Luxe Fabric once purchased cannot be Returned/Exchanged.


Order Cancellation:

  1. Yakin does not offer a refund or money-back guarantee on sale items.

  2. Customers paying via Credit Card or PayPal may cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. Instead of a refund, a coupon of the same value will be provided, valid for 60 days on Yakin products.

  3. Yakin reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons like stock unavailability, quality check issues, technical errors, or payment failures.

  4. We do not store credit card details nor share customer data with third parties.
